Pure. Raw. Pennsylvania Honey.
O’Brien’s Buzz is a small-batch honey producer in the greater Philadelphia area, founded and run by Ellen O’Brien. Our apiaries are located in Conshohocken and Quakertown, Pennsylvania, where our bees forage exclusively on local nectar. Our honey is never heated, our hives are treated only with organic products, and our bees are never fed sugar during the honey flow season. The result is a truly premium honey—100% local, raw, and reflective of the landscape it comes from. Each harvest is floral, rich, and complex, with flavor profiles that vary naturally by season and by hive.
MEET THE BEEKEEPER
Hi, I’m Ellen — the beekeeper behind O’Brien’s Buzz here in Conshohocken, PA.
I started beekeeping in 2025, and quickly fell in love. I now manage small apiaries in Conshohocken and Quakertown, Pennsylvania. My bees forage on local gardens, trees, and open spaces throughout the greater Philadelphia area, which gives each harvest its own seasonal character.
Before starting O’Brien’s Buzz, I worked as an environmental engineer. Outside of beekeeping, I enjoy gardening and spending time outdoors.
O’Brien’s Buzz is a small, locally run honey business, and I appreciate the support from customers who value local honey.
