At O’Brien’s Buzz, we take pride in producing high-quality, raw local honey. Because our products are food items, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure safety and quality standards.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet shipped or have not yet been picked up.
Once an order has:
Shipped, or
Been picked up and is in the buyer’s possession
the item cannot be returned or refunded.
Quality Exception
The only exception to this policy is if there is a verified quality issue with the product. If you believe there is a quality concern with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.
