O’Brien’s Buzz Raw Honey is harvested from our Pennsylvania honeybee hives, carefully managed with Carniolan honeybees—an exceptionally gentle and productive European honeybee variety.
Our honey is raw and lightly filtered, removing large wax particles and debris while preserving the honey’s natural enzymes, pollen, and flavor. It is never heated processed or ultra-filtered.
In 2025, our fall honey was tested to determine the honey’s nectar sources. Results are pending.
